The home was in a great location. Very peaceful and non-crowded beach. Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She checked up on us numerous times during our 12 night stay. Hope to visit again soon!

It was a great place to stay. Can’t wait to go back.

This house checks all the boxes. The beach access is short and convenient. Ice cream, coffee and fresh seafood are within walking distance. There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the house. The pool was great! I always appreciate when the house has the “essentials”. Plenty of spices, a dish pods, trash bags, beach chairs, etc! That is such a bonus when you’re packing! I’ve been coming to the cape since I was a child and this was definitely one of our favorite locations!

We have stayed along the gulf since 2019 every September and this. By far has been the best rental. The location, the space, amenities and cleanliness were top notch. You can tell the owner takes pride in this property, no short cut fixes like some places. Everything you could think of was there and then some. Communication was so very quick and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful house. Comfortable. Easy in easy out. Close to everything. Michelle is very easy to work with and she is a friendly local.
House worked out very nicely for us. Whether going to beach or bay or shopping or eating out or just laying around, this house is perfect.

Perfect location for our family. Peaceful, steps to the beach, everything you could need for your stay.

Mark

House very clean, comfortable beds. Must be comfortable with multiple flights of stairs, most beach houses have them. Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Hope to rent again in the future.

We had such a wonderful trip to Cape San Blas and Michelle’s home! We were pleasantly surprised with how close it actually was to the beach - just across the culdesac to the boardwalk so that was super nice! For whatever reason, we expected it to be a bit further. We realized we had forgotten a bassinet and Michelle ran over to confirm there was a pack n play available before our arrival so we didn’t have to buy one while out. She was very responsive thru out our stay for any questions we had. It was very clean and we didn’t find anything that we needed and didn’t have. There’s also a coffee/ice cream/simple food trailer conveniently located right at the corner that we frequented on our morning walks. Would def recommend staying at Dune Fine!

My husband and I drove 16 hours to stay at this home and it was worth every minute of that drive. We arrived to a beautiful clean home with an amazing view! We had every amenity we could ever need from board games, to kayaks, to beach necessities. It was extremely private and we felt right at home. Being so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping was just a huge bonus for us. Michelle was very nice and proactive in making sure we were satisfied with our stay. 10/10 Planning to return!!
