BEACHFRONT Townhome on Cape San Blas Beach! Sammy's Retreat (B4) is in Sunrise Sunset townhomes with views as far as you see of the Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is 3 BR 2.5 Bath on North Cape. You can not get any closer to the water than this! The Kitchen and Living area are on the 1st floor with a screened in balcony where you have your morning coffee or dinner outside with family while listening to the waves. Bedrooms are on the top floor with Gulf Front Balcony and Bay View Balcony.
Our home is Gulf Front with a screened in porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and an open Balcony on the 3rd Floor for excellent viewing of Dolphins, Stingrays and Star Gazing at night. It's truly amazing! We also have fabulous Bay views from the 3rd Balcony hence the name...Sunrise-Sunset!
Launch your Kayaks and Paddleboards right from our beach on either side. There is also a biking and walking trails right across the street with miles and miles to explore!

Cape San Blas has 10 miles of bike path with access right across the street. Kayak and Paddleboards can be launched directly from the beach, or if you prefer the Bay, there is access a few blocks up. There are a few general stores and restaurants on Cape San Blas. Apalachicola and Port St Joe both have great shopping and restaurants to get out and explore.
We are dog friendly and love our fur babies...Cape San Blas Beach is dog friendly and all dogs should be on a leash or lead at all times...Beware of letting your dogs drink salt water as will make them very sick! Bring fresh water for them to the beach. We have an outdoor shower with a detachable shower head so you can bathe your dogs with a warm shower after a day at the beach. We love to pamper our pups!
If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended for Hurricanes since we are directly on the water.
Important Note: Our seawall was damaged during Hurricane Helene and will be addressed once beach renourishment begins around Feb 2026. (Beach renourishment is dependent on weather and is usually in front of the area for a few days. In the meantime, protective sandbags are in place.) To make your stay even better, weâve discounted rates for this year.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The place is so clean, very well kept, and located right on the water. You couldnât be any closer. Everything you could need is pre-stocked and available at check in. If you have a pup, they will feel right at home too! We loved it. Dakota

Nice quiet place on the beach with area very dog friendly (including some restaurants that allow dogs on patio). Host was proactive, friendly, and responded quickly on the app. She even left a gift for our dog to play with on arrival which was greatly appreciated. The screened in porch overlooking the ocean was my favorite place to relax. The beach felt more private than other beaches I have been to (though we did go here in the off-season so might be busier in the Summer time). We overall enjoyed our stay here and recommend this location Heather

We so enjoyed our time there. The home was immaculate and had all the amenities needed to accommodate us and our pup. We will definitely be back!
