An outdoor shower and spacious mudroom make beach days seamless, while the private elevator ensures ease and convenience throughout the home.
The main living level is both inviting and sophisticated, featuring soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and sweeping Gulf views. The living area offers plush seating, a 65" TV, and an electric fireplace—creating the perfect setting to unwind. The chef’s kitchen is designed for both beauty and functionality, complemented by a butler’s pantry that provides additional prep space and convenience for entertaining. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed, repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues, please plan accordingly, as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
