Three levels of decks wrap around the home including a picturesque crow's nest perfect for sunbathing and stargazing, Dune Fine provides the ultimate in coastal living.
Two master bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, while the main floor boasts a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room. Additional sleeping accommodations include two bunk beds, one with two twins, and one with a twin and double, and a twin day bed in the crow's nest loft.
In this idyllic location, you'll witness mesmerizing sunrises over the Bay and stunning sunsets over the Gulf throughout the year. After a great day exploring there is nothing better than to relax in the crow's nest with a glass of wine or your favorite beverage as you take in the breathtaking views of the Bay and Gulf while the sun is setting or being the first up and enjoying your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise. It’s the best of both worlds!
Less than a block away is The Trading Post, Webers Donuts, Ice Cream and other shops to enjoy! St. Joe Shrimp Company has the best succulent fried or steamed shrimp as well as fresh fish daily if you want to cook at home! The trading post offers all of the essentials at reasonable prices.
If you're traveling with your furry friends, Dune Fine is dog-friendly, with a dog fee of $175 for up to 2 dogs.
Enjoy the convenience of having bikes, kayaks, or paddleboards delivered to your doorstep for added adventure. Several vendors on the Cape will deliver. There are also 10 miles of bike trails just across the street that run the entire length of the Cape. Bay access via the community dock is right across the street which is ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or paddle boards. Bay depth near the dock is shallow and varies with the tide. It's rare to have a private dock and beach access so close to your home.

Pool heat is available for an extra fee of $50/day. The pool is heated from 84-86 degrees. The pool heater may not be able to fully heat the pool if the weather conditions are below 65 degrees. Please add this fee when you are checking out. Depending on what platform you are booking through, you may need to send a message to have it added manually.
Pet Fee is $175 for up to 2 dogs
If you are traveling between the months of June-November Travel Insurance is highly recommended during the storm season. Airbnb does offer insurance at check out.
Dune Fine is located in a culdesac with beach access steps away. There are only 3 homes that share this culdesac.
2 Dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $175 Please add the number of pets when you
enter the number of guests. Airbnb software has a glitch that sometimes does not add the pet fee. Please be aware that we will add this fee in after booking if Airbnb does not add it.

This home was perfect. Beautiful layout and views from all 4 balconies. Even tho second row from the beach, the views on top floor at sunset was more dramatic than at beach level.<br/>Michelle left gift bag treats for our 2 dogs to show thoughtfulness as to what is so appealing about this beach area. Michelle came over to solve a small issue and responded and resolved it immediately.<br/>Thanks so much for letting us stay at your wonderful home..<br/>Regards <br/>Sunny and family Kimberly
