Welcome to Beach Bound Vacation Rentals. By booking a property through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your stay and use of our services.

1. Reservations & Payments

• Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

• Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments via credit card or personal checks. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The balance of rent is due 60 days before your arrival date. Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 60 days or more before check-in and receive a full refund (minus cancellation fees).

Cancel 30–59 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund (minus cancellation fees).

Cancel less than 30 days before check-in and payments are non-refundable.

• If the property becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, natural disasters), we will offer an alternative property or full refund.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM| Check-out time: 10:00AM

• Guests must follow departure instructions provided, including removing trash, cleaning dishes, and securing the property.

4. House Rules

• No smoking of any kind

• Pets: If allowed, an additional fee does apply.

• No parties or events 

• Guests must respect local noise ordinances and community rules.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.

• Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges.

• Guests must promptly report maintenance issues to management.

• Illegal activities, subletting, or commercial use of the property are strictly prohibited.

6. Company Responsibilities

• We will make every effort to ensure the property is clean, safe, and as described.

• We will address maintenance issues as quickly as possible.

• In case of emergencies, management may access the property without prior notice.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Beach Bound Vacation Rentals is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises.

• Guests assume all risks related to the use of the property, amenities (pools, grills, hot tubs, etc.), and surrounding areas.

8. Website Use

• All content on this website (photos, text, logos) is the property of Beach Bound Vacation Rentals and may not be copied, used, or distributed without permission.

• We strive to provide accurate information, but errors may occur. We are not liable for typographical or pricing errors.
