Our home is 3 BR 2.5 Bath on North Cape. You can not get any closer to the water than this! The Kitchen and Living area are on the 1st floor with a screened in balcony where you have your morning coffee or dinner outside with family while listening to the waves. Bedrooms are on the top floor with Gulf Front Balcony and Bay View Balcony. Our home is Gulf Front with a screened in porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and an open Balcony on the 3rd Floor for excellent viewing of Dolphins, Stingrays and Star Gazing at night. It's truly amazing! We also have fabulous Bay views from the 3rd Balcony hence the name...Sunrise-Sunset! Launch your Kayaks and Paddleboards right from our beach on either side. There is also a biking and walking trails right across the street with miles and miles to explore! The entire townhome is available to you. 2 Vehicles Allowed No boat or trailer parking Beach Access on either side of the buildings Cape San Blas has 10 miles of bike path with access right across the street. Kayak and Paddleboards can be launched directly from the beach, or if you prefer the Bay, there is access a few blocks up. There are a few general stores and restaurants on Cape San Blas. Apalachicola and Port St Joe both have great shopping and restaurants to get out and explore. We are dog friendly and love our fur babies...Cape San Blas Beach is dog friendly and all dogs should be on a leash or lead at all times...Beware of letting your dogs drink salt water as will make them very sick! Bring fresh water for them to the beach. We have an outdoor shower with a detachable shower head so you can bathe your dogs with a warm shower after a day at the beach.
